Beware.
The staff was not very customer service oriented. They were short staffed (which is not my problem). The staff needs more training on customer service. We had to wait over two hours for our room to be ready after the check in time.

We booked the property knowing that reviews complained about the amenities. We planned to check in late and leave early the next morning. I appreciated the full size refrigerator. There was a microwave but nothing else in the kitchen. There were towels for you to shower but no hair dryer and no hand towles. No problem. However, the bed was not comfortable for me. I appreciated that they bleached the linens, but the bleach smell was overwhelming. I did not sleep well. The staff were nice and property was clean.

One restless night!!!
The room was okay, however, the phone in the room was not connected to the wall and did not work; I could turn the TV on, but only got a black screen. Also around 10:30 at night, there was a lot of noise coming from the room above us. Our room was a the end of the hall. The noise went on most of the night. It sounded like someone was running around up there and jumping off something. Then I heard the sound of a dog barking (a large dog). Furniture was being dragged across the floor. This went on for hours, which interfered with our sleep. I called the front desk twice to complain and was told they would contact the occupants and take care of it. The noise continued. I complained the next morning on checkout....asking for a discount on my stay, Once I informed the person at checkout what happened, she wanted to know if I complained. Once i mentioned that there was also a dog barking, she knew exactly what the problem was. She said that a lady lives up there and was out of town...she had someone to come in and exercise her dog while she was away, and she acknowledged that it was a big dog. I was told that I would have to ask for discount with the third party from which i booked my room.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very personable and friendly. I had no issues during my stay. All members at the front desk were friendly. Cleaning and maintenance staff seemed to always be working to maintain a clean hotel. Was quiet and convenient to local shopping areas.

New property so very fresh and bright. It caters to long term stays so no breakfast and house keeping or new towels have a fee. Lots of work trucks in the parking lot but plenty of open spots. The EV vehicle charging spots were frequently taken by non EV vehicles. I was able use the charger one of the 3 days of my stay. Was a good value at $80 a night.

The bed is as hard as concrete and is totally unacceptable for an extended stay hotel. Every day and night there as smell of marijuana coming into our room and in the hallways and elevator; we brought this to the attention to the assistant manager but to no avail. Note: "South Carolina is one of the few states which does not have either Legalized, Decriminalized, or Medicinal marijuana." Floor was dirty. As far as extended stay hotels we have used in the past, this was by far the worst.

Great brand new hotel! I think we were the first ones to ever sleep in our room. It was very clean with modern decor, new appliances and very nice bathroom/shower. Nice little fitness center, high-tech vending machines with a huge variety of food. Staff was so kind and very knowledgeable of the property and nearby stores and dining. Highly recommend.
