住宿環境很好，但員工訓練不足，退房時遺漏物品在床上，當天立馬反應明確告知位置房間和退房時間，說要詢問房務，一小時後簡訊表示沒有看到，隔天打電話詢問服務人員完全沒有交接這件事，再次說明後說會再回電但再次落空，連續幾天打電話詢問，每次都重複說明但每次都像是第一次聽到協助尋找的需求，也每次都沒下文。感覺完全是敷衍了事，飯店當然沒有保管客人物品的義務，如果不想協助大可直接表明遺留物品會直接丟棄不會幫忙保留。不應假意有交接。

給電磁爐沒有鍋子、給烘碗機沒有碗筷、給烤箱沒有防燙夾、房間一堆空櫃子不知道做什麼用，把自己塞進去？唯一有用的是冰箱，哦對！還有洗衣機，旁邊貼著不能用一般洗衣精，要用專門的，但怎麼取得專門洗衣精沒說，自己去一樓櫃台問了才知道，一包10元。
不知道住這房型的意義在哪，去民宿附電磁爐起碼也會給個鍋子用，房間附這個設備理當會要有配套的工具啊，而且完全沒有事前通知這些都要自備，這真的是無言。
我到一樓櫃台詢問，請問房間裡沒有附鍋子？ 櫃台回答 嗯 沒有鍋子，我真的是傻眼...😳

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. The room is spacious and comes with a in-unit washer machine, which is convenient if you need to do laundry. Rooms are clean and the staff are nice.
