What's good out for me while staying comfortably at Rondo was the charming mountain vibes and warm room to rest in after a long, cold drive. The lighting matched the temperature, with soft warm bulbs which for someone like me, I very much appreciate the soft ambience of the lamps. The bed was one of the comfiest with several fluffy pillows. I was tickled to read the "extra comforts" that were placed in the drawers, one being a beautiful wool blanket to add to the already fluffy comforter. My arrival was met by a beautifully, kind woman at the front desk and I felt like I was coming home. After a long treacherous drive through the snowy mountains, I couldn't hear asked for a better place to rest. Keep up the great work! I will return and highly recommend!

Great location in a great room

Great location behind the magnificent mountain backdrop. Also very short walk to lovely island restaurant. Good amenities in the room and comfortable. The only thing was if you’re a light sleeper you definitely needed earplugs as you could hear everything above you and when they used the bathroom you could hear the pipes.

Staff are amazing specially the girl at the front desk,forgot to get her name. It is cleaned, bed are comfy. It is a good place to stay for a short time and cheap. Just dont compare it to hotels so dont expect too much. It has a good looking view if you stay at the upper side. Overall we recomended this place and surely we will stay here again if we have a chance to visit Golden.
