We were in Norfolk for homecoming, so we arrive to the hotel later in the evening. The woman who checked the scene was very pleasant and accommodating. Our room was great very clean. Some of our family went down to the pool and enjoyed their time there breakfast in the morning was great overall 10 out of 10.

The place was good but a few things made it not special. For one the breakfast staff was grumpy, the upstairs neighbors would make loud noise after 2am every night we stayed. Our room did not get cleaned during our 6-night stay. We did wake up late a few times, but others we were out the door by 10am. The hotel was in good condition, but not sure I would recommend due to service.

We liked the friendly service, the new and clean atmosphere, the room was spectacular, well kept, the amenities were perfect for our family with our children, they had laundry machines, nice breakfast, clean and comfy beds, tv with remote and Netflix if you have an account. A desk to work, a printing service, a gym and pool all easy access, a kitchenette and lots of storage.

The hotel is new and very nice. The breakfast is great. But no one was able to stop the continuous ventilation hum in my 4th floor room. How is anyone supposed to sleep well at night? The controls didn’t work to shut it off. Staff was alerted, but apparently didn’t care enough to do anything about it

We booked for the weekend stay. staff members are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The suite is clean and comfortable with a kitchenette, a large refrigerator (which was a nice surprise compared to other hotels mini fridge) and all utensils needed.
