Estrutura muito precária

Haviam buracos nas paredes de um dos quartos, e buracos no teto do banheiro, a pintura estava toda caindo das paredes e a luz do banheiro não acendia. O cobertor parecia que não havia sido lavado para a estadia, o controle do ar quebrado, ar não funcionou, TV enfiada dentro do armário, controle da TV não funcionou. toalhas com aspecto sujo e encardido.

Inadmissível esse hotel esta aberto. Qualquer pessoa pode adoecer nesse hotel. Já na entrada continua uma recepcionista arrogante, como já havia relatado antes ela nao serve nem para trabalhar no zoológico. Quero deixar bem claro (que não tem nada haver com a raça da pessoa) e sim o modo arrogante de como ela trata os hospedes. O hotel continua mofado e com infiltrações serias. O quarto nao ve faxineira anos. O banheiro cheio de lodo, fedido e sujo. Tudo quebrado. Hoje irei postar o quarto luxo tire suas conclusões.

Já fiquei outras vezes neste hotel, mas pela primeira vez me hospedei nesta ala de quartos. A cama muito ruim, tomada do banheiro nao funcionava, ar nao funcionou. Pedi para trocar de quarto, e a atendente fez a troca assim que confirmou que tinha disponibilidade. Apesar de as acomodações do novo quarto serem bem superiores, o banheiro estava com a luz queimada e o controle da tv nao funcionou. Em torno de meia noite, precisei descer no hall para pegar uma água e não tinha agua sem gás. Não foi uma boa experiência desta vez.

Localização ótima, infraestrutura péssima

O hotel é muito bem localizado e possui um corpo de funcionários simpáticos e rápidos no atendimento. A infraestrutura geral do hotel, porém, deixa muito a desejar. As paredes do meu quarto estavam descascando, principalmente nas áreas molhadas do banheiro. Quanto à limpeza, a varanda do quarto estava muito empoeirada e percebi manchas nas toalhas e lençóis da cama. Nos corredores do prédio percebemos algumas paredes com mofo e tacos soltos no piso. O café da manhã é simples, mas completo; Durante minha hospedagem ofereceram caldos como cortesia. É um bom hotel pra quem não é muito exigente com comodidades e prioriza uma boa localização. É possível visitar vários lugares a pé.
