Most important: it was quiet. Halls, guests and housekeepers were quiet -- no yelling or banging of doors. Beds were comfortable. Large TVs, On the negative side, there was often not enough parking for all guests if you arrived back later in the evening. While there was a nice selection of teas in the lobby, along with decaf and regular coffee, the coffee and hot water in the lobby was always tepid, never hot. The urns were either defective or not turned up hot enough.
