We came in town for a golf trip to Tobacco Road. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice and clean. The only complaint that we have is the comfort of the bed, the mattress was extremely firm. But overall, a great stay.

Upon arrival, the front desk personnel was attentive and provided information regarding room service, breakfast schedule and a brief introduction to the amenities. The room was very clean, comfortable and beautifully presentable.

The lady that was at the front desk when we arrived was fantastic. She was very helpful very polite. When we needed our room service, we had to ask and all they performed was make the bed and give us towels. We were there for a week. they never vacuumed. They never cleaned the bathroom.

The hotel was overall very nice and the staff was super friendly. My only issue was that the room was not cleaned well. Towels were just thrown under the sink and the shower had dirt and hair in it when i went to use it. However I know it is very new and as with any business there is a process of learning and adjusting. The room was very spacious and i would definitely go back.
