Canceled reservation 24 hrs prior to policy, due to no ADA accommodations. Can not do steps , with a service animal, mobility issues. The hotel could not accommodate. Spoke with resort directly, well ahead of cancellation policy. I was charged full amount, refusing to refund for a stay I did not stay , due to no ADA accommodation offered.
