We have a wheelchair and got a somewhat accessible room on the main floor. Bathroom was marvelous, enough room for the chair to turn around. The long hallway with very difficult turnaround in bedroom was difficult. The wheelchair entrance was locked at 10 pm so don't try that solo. Interesting couple of blocks on edge of Tenderloin and Knob hill districts. We will probably stay again.

Our stay was great! The staff are so nice and considerate ! They extended our stay with no problems a nice place to stop on your way through. The rooms are spacious and a good area even at night.

The room and the hallway is look clean, not have A/C , no parking so you have to pay extra $50 per overnight, they have coffee machines and water and ice machines also, No instructions anywhere.

This is the reason for my good rating on comfort. The lobby had old, ripped and dirty furniture and the carpet on the stairs was stained and really dirty. The hallway carpets were a bit better. In addition, a banquet ? room that was unsecured was used for people to store luggage, but anyone could walk in there and access anyone's luggage. The employ
