Worst Hotel in Germany ever booked
W reached Hotel around 07:30pm and noticed Hotel Check in time is maximum 07:00 pm. We immediately contacted the mobile and Landline number provided and no one picked. we stood outside for almost 1 hour in freezing cold. We rang the bell and phone repeatedly and at one point , the opposite person started to disconnect my call diretly and in Whatsapp as well. Thankfully, we could manage to find a Staff women around 08:30 pm and she could help me to get in with two single bed(combined as one) . I intentionally booked Queen sized bed but they gave wrong room. Immediately instructed to change the new room with Queen size bed . The staff helped to change to new room and finally the owner attened the phone and informed us if we need to move queen bed room, no breakfast can be given, He cancelled the breakfast. Worst part is, the new room heater doesnt work from 12:00 midnight untill 06:00am ..it was really freezing cold in schwarzwald. We informed the staff that as the delay was caused by Hotel, our checkout time need to be extended untill 12:00 noon (originally 10:00am). During checkout at 11:20, the owner charged us with additional 15€ for overstay.
