There are only one or two non-motel hotels around Ely and this is one of them. Breakfast was below average with some eggs and breakfast sausages. The check in was smooth but at the check out, I wanted to return the room keys; then, the front desk lady make me feel like I was such a inconvenience for whatever she was doing…
Also, I saw many fliers around the town, indicating the town has or had some sort of water pressure problem so bad that some stores had to go out of business???? After I saw that, I was afraid to even brush my teeth with tap water, which tasted a bit strange. Make sure to bring lots of bottles of water, if you are staying in Ely.
