The property looks abandoned and there are homeless people living there. I saw them roaming around the property and inside the place as well....staff was useless as they didn't provide any information as to why they couldn't attend me. This place is a homeless shelter , not a hotel.

We stayed in a Jacuzzi suite. The hot tub was very nice but it didn't even have a plug. All in all the room was nice. The AC did not work properly though by the bedroom and the breakfast was horrible. Nothing was restocked and it did not taste. Very good. Staff was very nice and generous.

The room was very nice. Things that I feel need improvement, lighting in the room was poor, the bathroom door needed paint or replacement. Also tile work in the bathroom was all new, but the quality of the installation was extremely poor. I would not stay there again.
