The experience at Fairmont exceeded all our expectations! Hospitality was very good , the room was always clean and accessible! Also the service from the crew was very friendly make you feel like home the whole time ! From the entrance untill the front desk everyone is with a smile and try to help you at all times! Excellent hotel. Beautiful spacious room with an amazing view of the mosque across the water. Enjoyed the beach and the pool. The restaurants were all excellent. The only complaint was the check in. We arrived before 3 pm and the room was not available until about 3:15 pm.

Fantastic stay

From the greeting through to leaving after our stay truly stunning. The staff can’t help you enough. The restaurants and bars choice is great, amazing quality coupled with great service. The pool area is well maintained and relaxing. Rooms are high in specification, well maintained but the team and perfectly clean. The housekeeping Staff really look after you. I’ve stayed here twice and can’t wait to come back, loved it.

It's a beautiful property. Our room was very spacious with a wonderful view of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. However, we were disappointed with the quality of food and service in the restaurants. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming and the service at Mazaj was disappointing and (somewhat condescending).

Property seems to be slightly old, Rooms are decent however, need some renovation. Beach is nice and restaurants are decent.

Lovely hotel, private beach and pool was perfect. Staff were great. Food at the hotel was overpriced though. Need to get taxi to all tourist places. I would stay again at Fairmont.
