10/10 Excellent

Such a charming hotel. Love the lobby and room decor. Such a beautiful lobby and cozy bar. So close to everything..crepes, museums, the square, oven fired pizza...great shopping for the ladies and good shops for men. We visited in August..would love to see it at Christmas. Sante fe is so great in so many ways...wish i lived closer

10/10 Excellent

Very nice place. Excellent breakfast. We loved it
Bruno, 6-night trip

6/10 Okay

We had unit #1, king studio, room was spacious, closet space non existent, bathroom small, ac was loud and dripped water, there was water damage on walls. Approximately 4 blocks from Plaza so that was very convenient, breakfast was good, but limited dining in facility. This is not a resort but a boutique inn, towels and toilet paper rough, good maid service. Probably would not stay here again.
Rosa, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Great room and good breakfast in the morning. Genrral manager very helpful.
Lee, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Great Value for Location

The beds slept great, excellent breakfast buffet, free parking, and within easy walking distance of historic old town Santa Fe.
4-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Staff was friendly and helpful but the accommodations were sub-par. Boutique hotels should be more accommodating in what’s provided in the rooms; rough toilet paper, bottled water was warm. Not impressed especially for the price.
Mandy, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

We liked the vicinity, quaintness and fabulous breakfast
John, 1-night trip

Unique rooms, nicely appointed. Close to downtown Santa Fe sites.
Maria, 4-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Property was awesome- room was a little small but nice- the restaurant and bar were under construction which was disappointing, but the staff was great! In addition, it was pet friendly with a huge fee- and nowhere to walk your pet.
Manuel, 4-night trip

10/10 Excellent

I enjoyed the visit.
David, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

We enjoyed our stay
Eric B., 4-night trip

ROBERT, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

I loved the authentic Santa Fe architecture and decor. We walked to the Rail Yard, the cathedral, and downtown square. Breakfast was good and convenient. Overall, it was a great stay.
Debra, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

near downtown
Lorraine, 3-night trip

2/10 Terrible

This property was rated really high, which it why I booked it. The property looked like a cheap motel. The lobby smelled bad and was not as shown in the pictures. The room they wanted to give me was nothing like the pictures either. It was supposed to be a king suite with a couch and chair. This looked to be a queen bed and another twin bed, no place to sit. The staff was super I
Heather, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Great place to stay, but note resort fee

Adorable little hotel with beautiful decor! The location is just a few minutes walk from the plaza and all sorts of restaurants and stores. The breakfast was pretty tasty and the wifi was solid. It would be five stars, but I'm removing a star because they charge a $30 resort fee, which is just a way for hotels to deceptively make their rates look lower in search results.
4-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Gorgeous interior decor with a strong Santa Fe and New Mexican theme. Each room is individually decorated. I've never been in such a nice hotel room.
