The property has a great beach that is clean with clear water and the ability to be in the ocean and enjoy the water. With 3 huge pools there were plenty of chairs with no early sunrise chair saving needed. The beach bar rotated a daily fresh prepared lunch and the staff was friendly and kind. Overall a great trip.

We were very happy with the Expedia hosts on site, especially Oscar. They checked in with us regularly to ensure all our needs were looked after. The on site concierges Flores and Christoffer were also extremely attentive. It was our second stay at Grand Sirenis (first was in January 2023) and the renovations to most of the common areas were impressive. We will definitely vacation there again!

Many quiet and intimate areas, as well as many active areas. Good snorkeling, restaurants and buffet. I recommend the custom food stations in the buffet (omelette, pasta)! Overall, we had a lovely time at the resort. It is a huge property with plenty of activity options, pools and beaches! The staff were great! The resort upcharges for room service, unless you want a hot dog or ham sandwich between 11a-11p. That was disappointing. Please also note they are undergoing renovations in some of the rooms. When we checked in the first night, the toilet plumbing was not working at all in our room, but they moved us to another room in a timely manner.

The resort is beautiful, the buffet’s were amazing. The people working there are very accommodating and nice. I don’t like seeing Dolphins in captivity they should be free. The Italian restaurant needs a real Italian chef not a Mexican in the kitchen and when they stop all the repairs it will be nice it seems to be at an age where things need to be redone. But over all it was a wonderful holiday

Staff was exceptional. Food was good. Rooms need some repair. We had chairs with rips and paint spots on them. Bathtub took an hour to fill. Air conditioning hardly cooled the room and we lost power once. We were contacted daily to make sure things were going well. Superior customer service. They just need to work on some cosmetic updates and this place will be golden! I would still go back even with the flaws. Great family resort.
