Stay was okay, staff was very great and friendly. Just need to clean a bit more hallways / entrance literally smells like a hospital. Fight’s breaking out at the hot tub @ night lol. Sauce on the floor in the hallway people literally throwing there trash outside the front door with big ball of dirty towels. Just freaking disgusting but it is what it is.

O hotel é ótimo, confortável para um casal. A piscina é uma delícia e, somada à entrada antecipada aos parques, é o que faz valer ficar nesse hotel. O quarto tem um ótimo tamanho e é ok, muito básico pelo preço, e faz falta ter um microondas, por exemplo, mas eu sabia disso no momento da reserva e escolhi me hospedar no Terra Luna pelo acesso antecipado aos parques e pela estrutura de lazer de piscina. Fora isso, o staff da recepção era muito simpático - nota 10. Mas foi nota 0 para uma atendente que ficava no que parecia ser uma área de concierge - zero agradável quando perguntei sobre reserva de restaurante no Helios e se ela poderia me ajudar.

A limpeza do quarto com reposição das amenidades poderia ser todos os dias e não somente a cada dois dias, como em outros hotéis da mesma categoria da Universal. O estacionamento do hotel poderia ser coberto e com mais vagas, como ocorre em outros hotéis da Universal da mesma categoria. O hotel tem excelente localização próximo ao Epic Universe, quarto com amplo espaço, com vista para o parque, área com piscina e bom atendimento dos funcionários.

Fiquei hospedado por dois dias , o resort é bom mas vc escuta barrulhos dos outros quartos e corredor ,gente passando e arrastando coisas .

Hotel novo, com ótima infraestrutura, colaboradores educados. Único problema foi que mesmo mediante solicitação de limpeza do quarto, isso não aconteceu, ficamos 5 noites e o máximo que fizeram foi deixarem toalhas novas.
