Slow check in, preoccupied with other problems. Told me to wait one second, waited about 10 min then started ringing bell, Lady came back to desk told me to wait one second. I told her time is up to check me in now. She then checked me in. Room was clean, small clumpy pillows.

The rooms are nice sized. There was milder in the shower and a makeup stain on the sheets on one of the beds, the hot tub wasnt working unfortunately, but overall it was a good stay. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is good.

Definitely the nicest place in Waycross Georgia. Its been recently remodeled so everything is noce and clean and they give a pretty good continental hot food breakfast. No complaints at all and will be staying there again.

They advertised having a gym. The treadmill didn't have a plug, and the bike and elliptical were broken. The pool stated employees only. The elevator was filthy. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly. My room was clean and comfortable.

Undesirable condition of Room

My experience was poor. The toilet overflowed first day, the a/c would not go off, the telephone did not work, and the TV did not work. Workers came and were able to fix everything but the a/c. I asked management for some discount based on the problems, but he was nonresponsive. Friends who stayed there did not have these problems, however. Breakfast was good.
