Nice property

Property was clean and staff were very attentive. There was remodeling going on but it didn’t affect our stay. The only negative was the elevator was having some issues. My daughter and grandkids were a little freaked out. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay again when I’m in that area.

The staff was awesome. Checkin was quick. They had someone call in sick but they worked together to make sure the breakfest time ran smoothly. The room was clean and cold when we arrived. Very smooth transition when we decides to stay an extra day. There are several nice restaurants to eat at near by. North of hotel is Rikenjax, they have a delicious and affordable brunch menu and just South of hotel is Nice guy Ricks.

Other than no cell service inside the property, as soon as I walked out of the hotel cell service restored. Still can’t understand why this is the only hotel I have ever been in without cell service inside of the rooms I even have WiFi and personal hotspot and seems they were both rendered useless. Weird other than that it’s a nice , clean place , very friendly staff . I will stay again in the future hope the cell service thing is rectified.

The property is currently under major renovations. If that is a major concern i would call before reservations to check status. It was fine for a night and a place to stay. I do have to give credit where due, Angel (i believe was her name) was excellent at the front desk. Check in was super easy and when i explained i had forgot a couple necessities she was so happy to help. We felt very welcome by all the staff. I also like that the floors in the rooms have been updated to hard wood/laminate floors so no carpet. And i wish more bowls would do this.
