A few minor hiccups, but overall a wonderful experience for a mom and 2 teens. Gate staff were amazing! 10 min walk to the beach from our condo which was near the back of the property. Quiet, safe and friendly community with locals and tourists alike.

Great location . Quiet and easy access to the beach . Overall condo was great . I would suggest making a couple of repairs and upgrades . Sofa couch was very uncomfortable. Shower door moldy , screen outdoor door broken. I would include beach towels in the condo

The condo was really nice, everything was there dishes, towels, blankets. Pool access was really close, we did have to drive to the front to go to beach but it was so nice. But you cant take a canopy to beach, u need beach umbrellas or you can rent . Overall a wonderful experience. Access to all the stores.

Excellent location! Very convenient to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. Very nice well stocked condo with all amenities that we needed. The only negatives were the extremely dirty carpet in the bedrooms and the lack of pressure in the master shower. Everywhere else was clean and well kept, but the carpet was filthy and the master shower was a trickle of water (head needs replaced). We picked up cheap slippers at the dollar tree to wear inside and used the second shower which was fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is well secure and secluded. Within walking distance of the beach. Right off the main strip. Everything is within 10-15 minute drive. Our condo had roaches really bad. So bad we were not able to cook in the property. Also several items inside the unit were broken when we arrived.

The condo was very clean and the staff around the property were friendly and helpful. Our internet did not work. Without internet, the cable tv and tv apps also did not work. We did let the Vacasa people know about the internet and they said they would have it fixed but no one ever showed up. We were supposed to have 2 parking spaces. When we arrived, a car was parked in our space and it remained there for the entirety of our trip. Beach services were not included in our stay but should have been with the price we paid or at least info posted about purchasing beach services. This was our first visit to Destin so we were unaware of many things so we found out the hard way. Had we known, we would’ve booked everything we needed before we arrived.

My unit had the guest restroom with cleanliness issues. The shower handle in the master bedroom broke off as soon as I tried to turn it on. Water was running for 3 hours before someone could come and fix the issue and I had to keep calling so they could be reminded to come and fix it. In the end they didn’t fix it. All they did was put the shower handle back on slightly. So we couldn’t use the master bedroom shower during our stay which was very inconvenient. Having private beach access was good. Porch light didn’t work either. Over all I rate it a 3. Too expensive to be having these issues.

I was disappointed that they could nothing about changing my condo. I was told I needed to do it 2 weeks prior to check in. I found out my unit 2 days before I arrived. With it being super slow this time of year and the place basically empty, I found it an inconvenience to the booking agent to help me figure it out. Oh well. Place was clean and staff were friendly.

The area is great. Property is nice, quit, no nosy people staying there. I didn't hear any of my neighbors at all. The cleaning crew wasn’t waking u up like in hotels. Walking distance to the beach. Very easy to get everywhere. My only complaint is the busted drawer in the kitchen. Almost broke a finger cause it collapsed on me when i opened It. And also some issue with not being very clean which the property manager offered to fix as soon as he heard about it. I def would recommend staying there; they just need to fix a few things

No shower

The place was nice for the most part. The shower did not work. There was no knob to turn it on. The stopper in the tub did not work so we had to use a bowl to plug it for a bath. On oneof the sinks only one knob worked. The remotes only worked to change tv chanels, so to turn on and off and change volume we had to go to the tv. Door code didnt work at check in. Took 3 people 3 different calls to get in. The almost deal breaker was no working shower. They had very good point's as well. It was clean and a nice looking property. The direct beach acess was amazing as was having chairs and umbrella for us. We would probably go back because of that.
