Didn’t felt seen
Got there, and asked about our requested porta cot. Was told it wasn’t requested. But we were assured that they had one. Got up to the room. Phone was disconnected, so went back down to reception an hour after check in to find out more about the porta cot. Reception was closed so used the hotel phone, was told they were out getting a solution. Two hours after check in, still hadn’t received, so went back down to use the phone in the entrance. Rang, said sorry but it is 6:30, any chance of that cot be up soon. Again was told they were working on it. 7:15 came, went down and rang again, was met with a sigh and told she was just finishing dinner with her husband and then she will bring it up. 7:30 came, booked another hotel as we didn’t feel looked after, and were a bother to be there. When heading down with our bags, passed the manager, and I said this probably because I booked through hotels.com, and she said we don’t deal with hotels.com.
