OK stay, but ANIMAL WELFARE CONCERNS
The place itself was fine for our needs; however, I do have concerns over the welfare of the animals on site. The donkey enclosure was small, full of faeces, and had no fresh grass for the donkeys. There are numerous birds gulls? a rabbit, at least 3 ducks all in an enclosure, with very water. Not a natural or good environment for them!!! I will be looking at animal welfare laws in San Marino, and contacting the appropriate people over this.

It is a nice quiet place, specially in off season. Thought, it is a bit far from the attractions. We had to pay a bit more than was in the offer: 67,96 instead of 62,10. It would be correct to inform about all the charges during the booking process!

Ideal for families. Very spacious apartment with beautiful flowered surroundings. Lots of activities for kids to explore. Perfect location to visit San Marino as a break while driving down the Adriatic coast.

Check what is available before you Book
Based on the facilities, I would imagine that this property is amazing in peak season. Unfortunately things are different right now. There is no bar, no restaurant and no shop. So no food or drink is available. Considering the property is in the middle of no where, half way up a mountain, this is seriously restrictive. The staff are great and did their best for us (particularly Julia) but the only way to get an evening meal was to get a taxi to the Historic Centre of San Marino which cost 25 Euro each way. I recommend checking what is available before you book

Quiet place perfect for a few nights
Individual cabin was a nice touch. Whole place is also a campsite and holiday resort so had lots of facilities although closed as I visited off season. Really polite and helpful reception helped with directions to local food and drink and taxis as place was kind of isolated. 30 minute walk to football stadium for those up for a hilly trek. I liked the walk back but it was challenging.

Great stay but bad WiFi
The staff is lovely, the restaurant next to the camping is literally the best ! The staff treated us like royalty, they were just amazing. The little chalet was cosy and clear, the bathroom need a little revamp, the biggest issue is the WiFi, it just doesn’t work or it keep cutting.

Holiday camping ground
More a holiday village than a hotel. A stay can be comfortable indeed. Helpful staff informed on use of public transport, on which Google Map did not supply any information. Signage for car and pedestrian in the camp site can be improved. Roads within the premises are quite worn. Restaurant out of service when we stayed (in November) for breakfast and other meals. Swimming pool off season and out of service. Laundry does not supply detergents.

Enjoy the relaxing enviroment and slow moving pace
We stayed in a little duplex next to the barnyard. The unit set in an olive grove, which was different. We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was very good. I mention the barnyard because we enjoyed the sounds of the rooster in the morning and pretting zoo so nearby.

We only came to stay one night, but would be a great place to come stay for at least 1 week with the family, plenty of great facilities for the kids.

Hotel close to San Marino
The hotel accommodations are nice chalets with cooking facilities. Parking next to the chalets. The restaurant in the complex was good. However, there was no breakfast. There is a minimarket in the complex where you can buy food. The hotel is fairly close to the San Marino castle.

Good Complex - Spoiled by the weather
It was a good hotel in a well appointed leisure complex. We had awful weather and were not able to use facilities which spoiled it somewhat but no fault of the village complex.

A nice family orientated hotel
This is really a hotel for the family. Plenty of fun activities are available for children but they will gain more if they can communicate in Italian. Breakfast/dinner are not included but a restaurant is available which serves reasonably priced meals. You would be better off buying your breakfast from the shop in the premises though. Thankfully, the Medieval Town of San Marino is just a 15 mins easy drive from the hotel. There you will find beautiful historical sites and lovely restaurants.

Stanza consegnata due ore dopo orario previsto da check in. Senza una scusa... Arroganza totale. Terribile esperienza dopo due ore siamo andati via benché avessimo pagato 108 euro. Maleducazione e sporcizia.
