Pleasant with little amber flags.
Although the hotel has only been recently opened, there has already been multiple small issues, condition and maintenance related as: shower doors not closing properly (flooding bathroom floor when taking shower), curtains slightly damaged, heavy stain on shower heads or paint detaching in several areas. Otherwise comfortable stay, but makes me thing how this property will look in months or years to come.

One night stay, Signature J Hotel, Old Marylebone
The hotel's facilities, cleanliness and service were all A1 standard. Mr Khan was particularly at tentative and helpful in resolving a minor technical issue with the room key car on the morning of departure, and as week took advantage of the late breakfast and noon checkout facility, made sure we had finished our meal before ending the service. The location is great for Marylebone museums and universities, the and old high street which is well worth a visit to view its original pubs and boutique shops, as well as moderately walkable to Marble Arch, Oxford Street and Regent Park

Brand new building and very clean. Walkable to edgeware and paddington stations for easy access to everything. Rooms are super tiny, with no closet or any space to move or sit. You can basically stay in the room for sleeping.our family room for 4 was basically 2 connected tiny room the nice thing was that we got 2 showers. Overall great for a one night stay over connection in London.

Family stay
It started a bit rocky with my reservation not being in the system. There sounds as though there's an ongoing issue with reservations passing between Hotels.com and the local hotel systems. This was quickly resolved though and i was assured i had a room as booked. I was able to put some luggage in a holding room prior to check in which helped. The adjoining rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and professional, overall a very nice stay.
