Hotels Com Epic Fail

More frustrated with Hotels. Com The room I booked was not a Hotels. Com partner, they moved me to the only option they had and it was awful! Beds uncomfortable, rooms not appealing esthetically, smelled bad. I only stayed one night and took the loss of money.

We never stayed there because they did not have our reservation even though I had a #. They said they are no longer OYO affiliated. However I never got my money back. I've tried contacting but to no avail as they said it's not their problem.

Don't stay here unless you book with them direct

I had ten students and their parents standing in this hotel lobby, hoping to check in, and only being greeted by a very dismissive desk clerk who simply pointed at a piece of paper (see attached photo). As usual, calls to customer service either placed me on hold or connected me with someone who was not understandable. This was late at night before a state competition. We were left scrambling to find a hotel 30 miles away, adding another half-hour of travel for an early morning the next day. Unacceptable. If a hotel doesn't honor your bookings, do not include them in search results on your websites. Do better.
