The somos central staff were really kind. The location of the hotel is close to delicious restaurants and coffee shops. The water heater was a bit of an issue, especially in the mornings— don’t except hot showers if you take one in the morning. The breakfast was weak and offered limited food that went out quick. But overall great service and beautiful stay with lots of wonderful greenery.

The location is unbeatable—right in the center of everything, yet peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. The apartment was modern, super clean, and beautifully designed with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always just a message away whenever we had questions or needed tips about the area. The building felt safe and secure, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. We especially loved how close it was to cafes, restaurants, and shops—everything was walkable! Whether you're in Medellín for business or vacation, this place is a gem. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Somos! The staff was very friendly and always super quick to respond to any requests and questions. The continental breakfast was limited and nothing outstanding, but very convenient. Despite being in an unexpected and unkept alley, the location is super close and convenient to everything in the El Poblado neighborhood.
