I took my mom on a little getaway and from the moment we checked in it was a wonderful experience. Ocean front and easy access to beach. Very clean and peaceful. Staff was wonderful and helpful. I would like to say, my stay at The Sea Vista was GREAT! I had a king room on the 3rd floor, and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. They provided all the essentials I needed for the bathroom. I loved the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean! This was my favorite part of my stay! Kathy was amazing and very accommodating. I am definitely going to make a return visit to TopSail Beach and the Sea Vista Motel!

Mini Vacation
We had a great 3 day trip to the Sea Vista. When they ocean front they really mean it. Best and closest view I’ve ever had. Just a few steps to the beach and the ocean. Ocean City is close by for restaurants etc. Toosail don’t have many. Beach is very clean.

Right next to the ocean!
The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The view was amazing! We had an amazing oceanfront room. Staff met us when we checked in and brought our keys to us. It was a wonderful stay!
