Very good hotel close to everything. I really recommend Plaza Hotel for a pleasure stay in Vale dos Vinhedos. The hotel is brand new and have all that you need.

Hotel bem novo, bem localizado, com opções de outros 2 restaurantes no complexo do hotel. Quartos pequenos. Café da manhã bem bom. A janta no hotel deixou a desejar pela falta de variedade de carnes. Como o hotel estava lotado, havia buffet livre, mas somente frango e escalope de carne (faltou pelo menos uma opção de peixe).

Ótimas acomodações e café da manhã excelente
A estadia foi incrível. O hotel é novo, com acomodações confortáveis e aconchegantes. Café da manhã é espetacular. Possui piscina coberta e com ambiente aquecido e uma jacuzzi quentinha perfeita para relaxar após os passeios. O hotel ainda possui em suas dependências restaurantes, bar, wine store e capela, o qie tornou ainda mais interessante. Tivemos apenas um contratempo no jantar, que estava frio e insoso, no caso de carnes e risotos. Sobre esta situação a equipe nos repassou que não seria cobrada a refeição e no momento do check-out o mesmo foi cobrado.

No último dia da hospedagem ficamos sem água em todo o Hotel. A informação foi de falta de água na cidade. Mas um Hotel deste porte tem que ter acompanhamento do nível da água nas suas caixas e uma solução de emergência para não permitir um absurdo deste. Por que não foi solicitado um apoio de caminhões pipas ANTES de ter acabado a água? A única resposta que obtivemos foi que APÓS acabar a água, o hotel solicitou apoio destes caminhões pipas. Sem comentários a falha da administração do Hotel.
