Nice hotel. Situated close to the beach. Second time we've stayed here. Needless to say we like it. Good breakfast. There's a Carrefour right outside the main entrance. Very handy if you want a bottle of wine. Good selection of restaurants in the area. Two thumbs up 👍

Lovely hotel

We had a lovely room with a large terrace. The hotel has beautiful grounds and great views over the sea. Well located with the front doors taking you straight onto the bottom of the high street for easy reach of the shops, restaurants and old town, whilst the back provides access to the beach and many beachside bars. We missed having a pool but the sea is right opposite although the beach clubs at the main las sablettes beach are 15 mins walk.

We had a lovely week staying at this beautiful hotel. Had a room with sea view and balcony which made it even more special. The room was comfortable clean and staff friendly. It would have been even better if it had a fridge and if the complimentary coffee etc was not just a welcome gesture. Thoroughly enjoy our stay. Would love to return.

Far below expectations

In spite of being a VIP member in Hotel.com we got one of the worst room in the hotel (many available rooms according to several booking sites). This is what you have booked according to a nasty front desk employee. The room situated on the first floor towards the street was very noisy. The garbage emptying on the street snd other activities were felt as taking place in your room! We had booked half board. The food for dinner was OK but not more. Serving was s disaster, slamming plates on the glasses, putting the plates on the knife and taking away the plate almost before you have finished. Breakfast was like serving childrens meal. Missing food on the serving plates. Out neighbours plates were taken away when the went to refill their coffee, etc. If you choose to stay at this hotel go to the charming old town, a few hundreds meter away, to have your breakfast, lunch or dinner. A much better, nicer and cheaper choice!

Perfect location, friendly helpful staff always available to help. Comfort room with sea view and balcony small for a weeks stay. A kettle was provided in the room but tea,milk etc. were not replenished after first day and there was no fridge, only stocked drinks one. Breakfast was usual buffet arrangement, limited choice and do it yourself, on a tray and returned, McDonalds style. The area for the buffet was in a very small area and needed reorganising to provide more space for guests to move. Not a 3 star breakfast experience very chaotic Would suit 1/2 night stay but I would not recommend for a week. Menton is beautiful and plenty of restaurants and bars to visit.
