Very nice hotel, great location, excellent breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Room was quite small and not well organised. Storage was minimal including lack of hangers as we were saying for 6 nights this was a bit of an issue but would have been fine for a couple of nights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On busy street but very quiet. Would certainly recommend

Hotel in nice position not far walk from astronomical clock (8mins walk) staff friendly. Hotel clean , room nice but no dressing gown?(5 stars?) every 5 star hotel I’ve been to has gowns and slippers.. and iron and board… breakfast good, lots of choice.

We stayed for 3 nights with our elderly aunt and uncle. We all thought the staff and property were excellent and would stay again. My request for an accessible room for them was honoured and this made their stay much safer and more comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and excellent quality. It was smaller than the other hotel we stayed in Prague and this made it more comfortable and convenient. The staff were professional and polite. Would definitely stay again on a future visit. The only negatives for us were the lifts were small and slow and it’s on a narrow road which made getting in and out of taxis difficult for our elderly aunt and uncle.

Absolutely wonderful

Honestly wonderful place to stay. When we arrived, we were actually worried we’d gone to the wrong place because it was so nice, and we tend to go budget friendly haha. The room was beautiful, with plenty of space and comfort. The bathroom was large. The whole room was clean, and the drapes were excellent at blocking the light. Front desk dealt with us like champs! And the cost of the room was an amazing value. Location was also close to everything we wanted to see. The furthest we walked was to the castle, which took us about 30 minutes, but multiple transit options were near if we had not chosen to walk instead. Will happily recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in Prague!!
