8/10 Good

Clean, location, staff was very helpful
Dave, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Upbeat modern accommodations in a beautiful town!
Joshua, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Comfy, well appointed hotel in a very convenient location near the train station in town. If you’re looking for a more modern hotel (as opposed to a traditional Scottish bnb) this is a great option.
Emily, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The place, staff, and neighborhood were great. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
Hector, 6-night trip

6/10 Okay

The staff was nice, breakfast was good. Comfortable bed, but pillows smelled like the previous guest (that may be a UK thing). WIFI was great. 1/2 block to the bus/train station. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby.
Sue, 9-night trip

10/10 Excellent

We enjoyed the entire setup. The staff was very diligent and helpful. The location was great.
Joseph, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Christopher T, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Very convenient to bus and railway stations and right in the city centre. We enjoyed the funky, environmentally friendly vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Celia, 1-night trip

Close to both the train station and the bus station. Lots of restaurants and shops around.
Dariusz, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Very happy with the accommodation. Good blackout curtains but lovely light during the day
Caleb, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Pro: A clean and quiet room at a reasonable price, just a short walk to both the bus and train stations, and to shopping/restaurants/entertainment. Also, an ample breakfast. Con: the "Modern Weird" decor and dim lighting in the lobby/front desk that will make you wonder if you booked yourself into a nightclub instead of a hotel.
John, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

I had a good stay at B&B HOTEL Inverness. The location is convenient and the staff were friendly, which made the experience pleasant overall. However, the room could use some attention to detail and improvement. The shower screen wasn’t sealing properly, so water spilled out onto the floor, and I noticed a bit of mold in some small corners. There was also a loose panel behind the toilet that gave the bathroom a slightly unfinished feel. Nothing major, but with a little maintenance this hotel could easily deliver a much better experience.
Arturo Adolfo, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The staff was indeed friendly and helpful. The room was also nice and clean. However, the cleanliness and design of the bathroom could potentially be improved. One could unfortunately observe some cracked walls and mold in that area. Nevertheless, I would still recommend this centrally located place.
Mykola, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great place. Great location.
Christopher J, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Wish the property description was clear on paring, or lack there of.
Wendy, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

This was our worst and highest priced stay out of 8 towns/cities. The room was so hot and the outdoor temperature was only 20°C, it would have been unbearable if it was warmer outdoors. When opening the windows, there was a foul odor coming from the alley below and the noise from the seagulls and vehicles screeching was too much! We agree with conserving water, so please provide adequate hooks to hang the towels, the hooks are currently in the shower area where they don't dry.
RUTH, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Excellent location for us. Easy access to bus and train station.
Mike, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

Steven, 2-night trip

gill, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Andrew, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

The hotel is lovely and the rooms are great! Loved the amenities, and staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend to friends.
Mary, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

The hotel was in center of Inverness. Location was great in that sense cause it was close to anything we needed. However, if u don't mind the noise of being on the main noisy rd, it's the place for you. Room was clean but too warm. Window was open at all times and although it was, and temperature outside was 13°c, it was still warm inside (but maybe that's just me) while heater wasn't on. When traveling, I'm looking for a place that is clean & safe, I'm mostly out of the room & coming back only to sleep so I expect the place to be clean & safe and it was just that. Next time, I would probably choose a quieter location but that's a personal preference.
