This was our second stay in last few months it was ok just mainly need the rooms redone bathrooms, flooring replaced The rooms were clean and staff was great Also they only had to handicap sites by our rooms so we had to park in reg spot So was challenging

The guy at the desk, Sebastian, was super helpful and friendly. The room was very nice (but the carpet needs shampooing). The pool & spa were great. Breakfast got boring because it never changed in three days.

Booked king room on app. Didn’t have king room no big deal gave me a Quenn double. Walked into rom and it was dirty and 90 degrees . Took 4 hours of AC to cool enough to sleep . Parking lot was noisy all night long. Paid 200 dollars for room that should have been about 60 bucks. Would rather of stayed in motel 6! Do not stay here !

Carpet by sliding glass door was sopping wet; a/c condensation?? Large area. If that is regular occurrence, I can imaging mold growth is ramped. The breakfast should be fully served and available until it closes. Sunday, 9:45am, no biscuits, no hash browns, 1/4 pan of aged eggs, 2 of 3 cereal containers were empty as was the waffle batter dispenser. The “welcome” sign in the lobby exclaims the front desk’s willingness to help yet when I went over to the desk to point out that a number of things were not available, I was told it was 10am and breakfast is over. I said I had been there for 15 minutes and none of the above had been replenished. The front desk woman said, I’m not the kitchen staff. Ok, I understand that but why not go tell the kitchen staffer that people are complaining and a number of things are empty?? That was not done.

Overall the place was ok. Sebastian checked us in when we arrived. He was very friendly and helpful. The morning staff person, at the breakfast area, on Sunday morning was not friendly at all. She didn't speak to us and it felt as if she was bothered that we were there. The man at the front desk that checked us out wasn't too friendly either. The location is convenient (across the street from a shopping center with a Safeway, CVS, Wendy's, and a few other restaursnts and shops). Unfortunately, the beds and pillows are very firm, so we didnt sleep well.

We got the last room at the last minute, it was one of the handicap accessible rooms near the reception, that seemed like it might have been more basic and unappealing than other rooms elsewhere. We probably paid a high premium for being last minute so it felt way too high for the quality of the hotel. But if you get a decent rate and just need a place for a night, I'm sure it's fine. Parking was crowded.
