My husband and I just spent our honeymoon here and we absolutely loved it! We had such an amazing experience and the staff was so incredible and truly made it such a wonderful honeymoon for us! They greeted us with champagne and fresh fruit in our gorgeous villa on day one to congratulate us and we felt so taken care of the whole time!! I think the hotel overall is very nice. The weather was great. The service was ok in some departments and not so good in others. Front desk staff and bell boys were great but I felt like the waiting staff at the restaurants weren’t up to par. The Salt Shack specifically I went to about 3 times and all 3 times I waited over and hour just to get the appetizers. How long does it take to make a salad or oysters on ice and serve, and when asking my server about the delay she gives me an Attitude that was very wrong of them.

Boutique hotel on the beach

The Buoy House is a great newer hotel part of the Westin complex. Boutique feel and part of Autograph collection of hotels. Private beach near lobby a bit rocky, but closer to Westin it is wonderful. Don't miss catching the sunset from the Westin terrace. Food is great, but overpriced ($21 for a glass of House Pino Noir). We will be back.
