My room was clean with appropriate amenities. There was a bit of dust under the bed but nothing terrible. As I mentioned to the front desk on my way out my shower did leak around the drain a bit. A minor caulking event. I cannot say enough good things about the staff in the restaurants and in the Spa. I could live in the hotel forever.

The staff's hospitality was great but the hotel room had no sunlight because of fully covered wall and ceiling outside the window. It was a nightmare. As a tourist who came for holiday would be totally diappointed if your room is in the total darkness. I ended up paying extra $30 per night to move to the room that has the sunlight, which is categorized as "premium room" by them.
