We stayed at the family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The room is very big with 2 full bathrooms, the location of the hotel is excellent, only 1 block away from the subway station. We took the limousine bus from Kansai airport to OTAC station and it takes about 8 minutes to walk to the hotel.

Given the price, this is a great place to stay, breakfast is good, location is terrific! Close to the train station, close to many of the main Osaka attractions, close to where most day tours depart, close to food, clubs, bars and anything you may need. The only minor thing I didn't give 5 stars for conditions and facilities is that the bed and pillow were a little too hard, I understand this is kind of a budget stay but if these could be changed for a softer mattress and pillow, this would be by far the best place to stay in the area.
