Easy location and convenient to airport. Roosters and highway were very loud in the morning and construction next door. A complimentary breakfast would be nice considering the price. Liked the cabanas and the pool area was quaint.

Very outdated. In the pictures everything looks well kept. However, in person the playground was just sad. Pool looked bigger in the pictures. It’s small. The rooms were very disappointed. Outdated, roaches, lack of toiletries and not clean as it should be. Bedsheets were stained. The floor was very grainy, as if it was not swept. The towels had some red stains, looked like lipstick. The shower looked dirty and we had to take of the rusty shower head because the water pressure was very weak. There were enormous roaches coming out of the bathroom sink. Room had musty smell. This is good for a one night adults only. Not for kids to be in this environment. Not coming back.

The hotel is about 3 miles outside of the city which makes it quiet and feel like you're in a resort.

The property looks great. However, the rooms were not as expected. There was a faulty smell and the sheets weren’t clean. There were stains on the pillows and blankets. One of our bed was sinking. The bathroom leaked water out and the towels were old. Since we only needed the stay to rest a few hours we decided to tough it up since everything else around was booked for the day. Definitely needs better housekeeping services.

Awesome Hotel

Awesome place to stay, had no problems finding it. I’ve been looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay the night when I get to travel back home so I don’t get on the road at night. This place is just perfect. I’ll definitely look for checking in on my future travel plans.

I booked this room 3 weeks or so prior. I also received a welcome email with instructions and directions and that they were looking forward to Host us. When I arrived to check in the said they did not have my reservation when I showed them my confirmation, they said that the person that schedules the reservation on that site (Expedia) didn’t communicate to them which is why they didn’t have my room. I had four adults and four kids to think about and was planning on staying there because it caught our attention and the hotel looked unique which is why we booked it. I assume he called his managers and they were trying to get us a room but they only had one room with one bed and that was not gonna work. After I explain to him that this is not my problem it was the person who made the reservation who failed to communicate to you guys, so they have to help me figure out a solution. One thing I did appreciate that they had called a hotel nearby and booked the hotel for us without paying another cent. Overall I would have loved to stay there, because again the hotel unique yet I was very disappointed to have to travel hours to a hotel where you think of a place and when you arrived, they say they don’t have your information.
