The hotel is in the Centro. There are plenty of restaurants and stores in the district. The hotel is about 5 mins walk to the major tourist site. I also feel safe to walk around the area. The staff are also very nice.

It wasn’t so much the employees as much but more the way it’s structured it echos like crazy so when people talk in hall it amplifies also but when it came to employees they knock on doors to ask if service is wanted and it’s loud. Over all place is ok no coffee in rooms but they have a coffee machine so that made no sense. Over all I don’t recommend it

The hotel is in the central zone of the city. It is less than 10 minutes walking to the major tourist sites and subway system in the central. There are many restaurants and department stores, The staff are very friendly and the hotel room is clean and comfortable.

The property was close to a lot of things and areas. Transportation was easy and accessible-train bus taxi The room and bathroom space were clean and bright. The hallways had sensor lights that would just go dark and sometimes when you get to your room the light would go out and it’s completely dark and not pleasant. They need to fix the 1st floor hallway lights. Additionally, the staff was always available and very pleasant. Bed was comfortable and ladies did an excellent job of cleaning everyday and ensured clean towels and toiletries. Overall good value for your money.
