Cannot recommend

The receptionist was nice and the area by the river was nice, but the hotel itself was awful and very dated. The small kitchen had a fridge but it must have been 30-40 years old, no facilities to make a cup of tea (or cups etc.). The staff was cleaning and talking loudly in the hallway/room opposite ours at 11 pm (evening). The balcony could do with a proper cleaning (see picture) - we did not sit there despite the nice view because the plastic furniture and the balcony itself was depressing to be near

Quelle surprise à la sortie de l ascenseur au 5ème étage et dans la chambre Plongeon 40 ans en arrière, moquette d epoque tres vieillissante et propres douteuse, decoration 70-80's Comment cet établissement peut annoncer 3 etoiles 120€ la nuit avec un petit dej à 14€ minimaliste dans une salle presentant les mêmes stigmates que le 5ème etage C est ce qu on appelle de la publicité mensongère Seul point positif la qualite de la literie Pasdez votre chemin

Mitigé ne mérite pas les 3 étoiles

Service irréprochable, l’équipe entière est agréable souriante et à le sens du client. Le petit déjeuner est impeccable aussi , la literie confortable.Toutefois l’hôtel a vraiment besoin d’un grand coup de neuf !! La façade est exposée plein soleil et la température des chambres est difficilement supportable. Même si je ne suis pas fan de la climatisation ça permet au moins de faire chuter la température pour bien dormir. Ma chambre était super par contre impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte car les spots restent allumés jusqu’à minuit… Dommage mais merci à l’équipe d’avoir fait tout ce qui est techniquement possible.

Séjour très agréable. La vue sur parc est formidable, du calme appréciable. À pieds en traversant le pont sur l Allier on est vite à Vichy ce qui permet de visiter sereinement. Le personnel de l hôtel est très prévenant et disponible et avec le sourire (je signale car le sourire se fait rare). Donc un bon souvenir de mon séjour.
