A really nice hotel, it’s a little out of town, but as we were just passing through that didn’t matter. The young lady on reception when we arrived was so smiley and helpful it really lifted our spirits. My room was excellent. The breakfast was maybe a little limited choice. Rubbish

Room very dark and dismal. Tap in bathroom trickled. Reception and breakfast area was dirty, base of the tables covered in dust,carpet filthy. Breakfast non existent,only 2 croissants in a basket, bread stale, cutlery dirty. In all the worst place we’ve ever stayed at. Thought Ibis was basic but this was far worse. Travelodge and Premier Inn are far better,at least you know what you get, wherever.

Needs some attention

From the entrance, this hotel looked really smart. However, once in the room (103) we found the chair seat was not attached to the frame, their was no room waste bin. When preparing for bed we found that the cold tap was running with warm water and the flow was so small it took ages to fill the sink. We were only staying for one night so put up with it. The water flow for the shower was fine. I have stayed at other B&B Hotels that have been excellent, however, I would not recommend a stay in this room.
