Comfortable, clean , pet friendly beach front
This is perfect for a weekend getaway alone or with someone you don't mind sharing a double bed with. Don't expect luxurious, it is simple, clean, private and beach front with basic necessities. My time was with my dog, again perfect if you have a pet. I actually was hesitant to write a review. I'd hate not to have availability for my next trip.

The stay was alright it was one night. Had view of new years eve fireworks and sunrise. Lots of random issues but fast responses. The room was okay not super amazing but was decent. Walls are thin very thin. But good location and was a decent price for what we got.

Good view - but could use some help…
The view was beautiful but the hotel is older. They could do some small things to make it better. The handle on the hairdryer was sticky to the touch due to its age. Pretty gross. All communication and checkin is done via text. The person that we did see was very nice. The $25/hr late fee charge seems a little excessive during the off season.

Meh
The room was OK, but needed some dusting and a serious wipe down in the bathroom. Even during off season, I was a little disappointed to see it needed that much attention. There were long strands of hair in the bathtub and the remote control was missing so I was stuck watching one channel for two days. On the plus side, the view was nice, the bed was cozy and I the kitchenette was convenient.

The A/C couldn’t keep the room cool, floors were nasty if you walked around in barefoot your feet bottoms turned black, the bed mattress had deep dips in them and the comforters were stained. There is no where to put your things other than on the floor. Unless you have your own smart tv accounts you want be watching tv. Overall this place is at best ok for a night or two.

The property is dirty. Initially they had given a different room what I did not booked for. Once requested they changed it. All the rooms are stinky. one dirty commode was left outside the room. I had two days booking to the property. I requested to refund my money back for one day. But the property responded that since have given poor comments they will not refund any money. Soon as we walked in we noticed that the room was very dirty. We got a message that our room code did not work and there was a key for our room. We found that the key was just sticking out of the door. We found bugs on the bed (not bed bugs though). We found a razor from the previous guest next to the bed. There was a naked kid running around the entire place the whole day we stayed here. The kid also came down to the beach from their walk way FULLY NAKED. The child was about 2-3 years old and was leaving his room alone fully naked. Just walking around. Very disappointed. There was also pizzas boxes and drinks found under our staircase that lead to a lot of flies on our front patio. Location was awesome but I was very disappointed for the price. Would get my money back if I could.
