Horrible, comenzando por la zona poco segura, el hotel está descuidado, la habitación que me tocó con ropa de cama vieja, manchada, de poliéster, casi durmiendo sobre el puro colchón, tenía frío así que intente sacar una cobija del clóset pero estaba sucia olía horrible, la higiene en general muy cuestionable, la cama incómoda con almohadas viejas igual, cero aislantes de ruido, toda la noche se escuchaba el ruido de las personas en la calle y eso que me tocó un noveno piso, por el precio se puede encontrar mejores opciones

Tivemos uma experiência ótima, fomos muito bem atendidos, quarto confortável e com limpeza do quarto diária. Café da manhã ok e funcionários cordiais, no entorno do hotel possui supermercado, farmácia e restaurantes, fica bem perto da galeria do Rock e da pra ir a pé pro Farol Santander, contudo o bairro é um pouco perigoso, mas é questão de não dar bobeira com celular na mão. Em suma gostamos muito do hotel, recomendamos e esperamos voltar em breve!

Percebi quem na recepção os atendentes estavam perdidos, pediram 4 vezes sobre o cadastro da minha filha, tive que responder que isto já tinha sido a 4 vez que haviam solicitado, bem como esqueceram se solicitar a busca do meu carro no estacionamento terceiro, que alguém tivesse a atitude de simplesmente fazer!

Bom custo-benefício

Hotel ótimo pra quem não quer gastar tanto na hospedagem em são paulo e passa bastante tempo fora do hotel. Estação de metrô próximo, só ter cuidado nos arredores a noite. Infelizmente o hotel não tem nenhum serviço de quarto.
