Ame todo de este hotel, nada de complicado para hacer check in y check out. Súper simple cuando sales y entres el edificio. Otra cosa fácil cuando ordenes el uber y cercas de todo. My daughter and I truly enjoyed our overnight stay here. Staff was exemplary and very welcoming, even after check out I accidentally forgot my necklace in the hotel room and Christopher the hotel manager helped me to retrieve it immediately, jewelry was still in the room. I am so greatful for the staff there.I will definitely be staying there in my future trip to Mexico City. Location is perfect, short walk to famous museums, zoo and park. Thank you for the wonderful stay there
