We had a fabulous stay on the promenade in Split. We loved the proximity to everything and our gorgeous accomodation that had a Seaview. We also appreciated our soundproof room.

Absolutely lovely! This was a very spacious room with a large bathroom. (very hard to find when traveling internationally) We were very close to everything. The restaurants, shops, taxi’s, tour buses, harbor and beaches were all walking distance. Surprisingly quiet. We will definitely be staying there again!

Great location in Old Town on promanade overlooking the ocean. Close to restaurants and points of interest. Room modernised to a high standard. The only negatives were sixty four step to climb to the room and some minor maintenance issues.

This property was rated exceptional and I know why. Located in the old part of town, obviously a very old building, but beautifully updated. Thick stone walks with a gorgeous 4 piece bathroom...massive shower, soaker tub, double sinks and heated floors. Located right on the promenade we were steps from the docks for boats, cruise ships and ferries. Multitudes of restaurants, cafes and coffeee shops right outside our door and almost inside the old town for shopping historical artifacts and quick access to the bus centre for tours and excursions. The only hiccup was a communication breakdown where my phone number was showing incorrectly on the host phone so we had difficulty connecting for access as there is no front desk and access must be arranged by meeting with a rep at a given time. Once that was worked out we loved our stay.

Nice hotel in an excellent location. However, the room does not have many amenities. One pillow and towel per person. No tissue paper or bottle of water. Just a clean room in an excellent location. Also, the apartment is on the 4th floor and no elevator…not a big deal, but could be an issue with seniors or those with disabilities.

Very nice room in a super convenient location in the heart of Old Town on the Riva waterfront. But understand that it's not a hotel with a lobby or regular service - it's an individual bedroom with a bathroom. And it's on the 4th floor so pack light!

The room was very modern, updated, and comfortable. The location is excellent -- right on the Riva just steps to the Old Town and Diocletian Palace, with a direct view of the harbor. Yet it was quiet at night. The air conditioning worked well, which was very appreciated during the heat of July-August. Karlo gave us good suggestions for restaurants. Highly recommended.

Such a good location in Split. Easy walk to eating places and attractions. Beautiful ocean views, a bonus. We were greeted and had an explanation of the property and how to access it. We were also given an extensive list of places to eat - which was useful. Room was very clean and air con worked well. A small fridge was a bonus to keep drinks/food if needed. There is no lift in the building, which may be a problem for some. Would happily stay here again.

Great unit in Split! Highly recommend.

Unit was perfect, well located in Split! Our hosts were great, arranged pick up from the airport (separate cost) and provided us with lots of restaurant recommendations. We tried a few and they were all good. Everything was very clean, quiet unit despite being on the Riva! Our only comment would be to upgrade the towels and/or provide a second set.
