Poor service and charged twice for room
On check in told I had to pay for room as it wasn’t paid for. Paid again and then when checked back on bookings I had fully paid prior to arrival. I spoke to the lady on reception who asked me to come back in the morning for a refund as she was busy with a problem. Went back in the morning and provided her with receipts of both payments and she said she would get her superior to do it the next day. I have emailed and messaged through hotels.com and had no response. Shocking service for an error on their part.
