The hotel is off the beaten track but the metro ride to the city center is about 15 minutes. The check in is sharp at 15:00. Just behind the hotel there is a pleasant forest with marked routes. A chain supermarket is nearby, about 5 minutes walk

Sure the decor is stuck in the 80's but it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was great,lots of options. Location is convenient, the metro is a few minutes walk away through the forest. Not well lit at night time though! The only let down for the the hotel was the front desk staff. They were just not competent. When we arrived they had a child behind the front desk, we stayed 8 nights and they only programmed the room keys for 2 days at a time. Meaning constant returns to the desk. At one of these keys were programmed for completely the wrong room!

Hotel for Ukraine refugees
We used to like this hotel and had spent quite a few nights there over the period of the last 4 years. We particularly liked its location (close to the metro station), lots of parking spots and great breakfast. Our last two visits didn´t meet our expectations. The hotel was transformed into a hostel for the Ukraine´s refugees. Even though we feel sorry for the people, their behavior was that of "this is our place and we can do whatever we want". It was difficult to explain to our kids that people shouldn´t take food and drinks out of the breakfast room for later when everybody around was stuffing their bags and backpacks. Unfortunately, this was our last stay at this hotel.

Disappointing
I booked this hotel as the venue provided by the event I was attending was a dorm and I thought this would be better. It was not sadly. Rooms were old, not terribly clean, wifi did not work so arranging rides was nearly impossible.so had to walk to venue each day. Staff was not terribly friendly either sorry to say.

As always great place away from the crowds but only 15-20 mins on the well connected metro, this time took my elderly wheelchair bound mum and the room given was a disabled room and was perfect , large wide doors and comfortable! The metro was well catered for wheelchair bound people was perfect !! The whole stay was just great and the hotel always is the best ! Thank you again for a great stay will definitely return !!

great stay !!! The staff in reception sooo good and friendly!! The staff in the restaurant as soon as they realise you are not check treat you so cold, as sadly many Czechs do?? I am not sure why why? maybe its an eastern European thing? similar to the polish , hardly a smile? But I always smiled as a UK person and hope it rubbed off would stay again though as some staff make it
