The room was clean, bed was nice. The bathroom tile could use a bit more cleaning. Air conditioning worked fine. Breakfast was good and next to the hotel. The adjacent restaurants were quite good actually. Ample parking on both sides of the hotel. Don't expect this to be quite the same as a $200 /night hotel in the USA..... but it's plenty cood enough and a good value for the price.

Although it was in a good location and close to the airport, it was tough going up the stairs with the luggage. No elevator, thank goodness the staff helped. Imagine checking in when there are multiple guests.

No lifts (imagine you with heavy baggage), thin walls - you can hear everything in that road. However, you cannot beat the convenience/location from the airport. And airconditioning worked well too.

easy access to and from the airport, rooms should also be easily accessible by having a lift in place so it would not hurt customer’s backs and legs especially old folks carrying their small or big bags and luggages. Toilet drainage should be regularly checked for blockage. I think it’s time for the pillows and sheets to be changed and purchase new sets of linens.

I felt the whole area kind of unclean and dirty, random people could walk up to your door as there's no security and it's a totally open area, other guests were noisy for the whole night making me think it's a hotel used by low class people. Oh and to top everything off, there were bugs in the bed.

Classic Pinoy. Dated. Not north American but decent for Philippines. Terrific staff and service. Friendly. Laundry (by batch. Watch those bleeding colors). My second 30 day stay . Smaller rooms. But my wife and I like it. Slightly rustic typical 1960 fitments and decor. I request a small refrigerator in the room and it's there if requested. Nice for the price. Recommended for anyone that doesn't mind dated decor but decent rooms . Will be staying again in September.
