Small room
The room is clean but the room size is very small. You cannot even open 1 luggage comfortably (the luggage will literally occupy all the available floor space). No cabinet for your clothes, they just provided a hanging rod with limited clothese hanger. There's fee to request for extra clothes hanger. The toilet is clean with bathtub. They only provide room cleaning once every 3 days.

Nice rooms/not ideal location
The location is in the middle of Shinjuku, but be aware the hotel is located in the red light district. There are love hotels, maid bars, and lots of sketchy people. It is also very dirty nearby. Overall inside the room was nice, more spacious than other Tokyo hotels, and a nice bathroom/shower.

Clean, Cute, Fun
Awesome Location. Super fun food options and nightlife. Pretty far from most historical places and museums.

Good value for money
Hotel is a quiet sanctuary in a "lively" area, within easy walking distance of Shinjuku station, a major travel hub. Room was compact, but appeared to offer good value for money against others I compared it with. All necessary facilities are there and staff are both friendly and helpful. We'd be happy to stay again

2/10 Poor

Not Good Value For Money
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked 3 nights and checked out after 2 nights with no acknowledgement from the reception staff about the fact I was leaving early. The room was small which was what I expected and, but it was noisy. dirty and the breakfast was poor. I paid more money to go top another hotel in the area. Maybe I just got a bad room, but the fact that it was ignored when I left is really poor.

A lovely modern hotel in the heart of Shinjuku. The room was modern and had plenty of amenities, we also received free drinks vouchers on check in. The only issue is the laundry is small and very busy, making it a challenge to get a machine during the evenings. But the hotel itself if great and staff are very friendly and attentive.

convenient location within walking distance to shopping and dining. Available laundry on property was a bonus! Rooms were quite small though but overall great value for the price. I recommend staying here.

Had a nice stay here! The welcome drink tickets were a nice touch. The location was great, right by Golden Gai and the hustle and bustle of Kabukicho, however, it was tucked away, not on a busy street which was great. The nearby 7-Eleven was nice. The rooms were small, but that was expected. The shower was nice.

No complaints at all for the hotel itself - typical Tokyo hotel room in that it was extremely efficient for the size. Shower / bathroom was actually a decent size with good amenities. Beds were comfortable. Only downside was the area around the hotel - we knew there would be bar / club activity in the are but definitely misjudged the extent of it. No fault of the hotel, and we couldn’t actually hear noise in our room unless someone was out and out screaming outside (which they sometimes were). Wouldn’t stay in this area again, but hotel itself was fine.

The rooms are pretty small but roomy enough for 1 person. Be aware that the room doesn't have a closet, drawer or sitting area. The bed is comfy. And the bathroom is VERY CLEAN. The area is very walkable with lots of dining options. It's very crowded so if you're looking for a quiet area, Shinjuku is not it. But if you're looking for crowds and fun, then you're in the right place. The hotel offers a free drink for each stay and has a laundry room.

The staff were friendly, room was clean and compact and had everything we needed. The area around the hotel is vibrant and busy, which we enjoyed to get a taste of Tokyo life, although it was a little noisy at times. Breakfast was well thought out and delicious. The hotel was perfect for a couple of nights in Tokyo.
