Greenbank isn't a modern chain hotel, it has character and soul as well as great views over the Fal estuary. It is a short walk into Falmouth which has many individual shops and eating places. The staff were always helpful and well presented and the breakfast was excellent.

Beautiful harbour view room. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and we had a fabulous evening meal in the restaurant. The staff are brilliant. Its a lovely short walk to shops and restaurants. We had a really lovely time and will definitely stay there again.

This is still a fantastic hotel, well run with excellent staff, who are always friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are extremely good and served in the dining room overlooking the sea. The superior rooms are very comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Fab in Falmouth

Great stay at a lovely hotel - location was perfect (overlooking the bay), rooms were spacious & clean, parking was ideal and the facilities (including an excellent on-site pub called The Working Boat!) were spot on. Breakfast was delicious too! First time for us in Falmouth & this was an excellent choice -highly recommended.

The breakfast provided such a good range of items; I asked for some to be swapped and it was no problem. Our room was really comfortable, spotlessly clean, fabulous view. The staff without exception were kind, approachable, knowledgeable, helpful. The bar was a pleasant place to sit. It is just such a relaxing, lovely place to stay.

Room was big, large confy bed clean. Carpet was a bit worn. Bathroom amazing with rain shower. Staff were friendly. Breakfast service was a bit slow but food was amazing.

Hotel desperately needs a refurb, not a cheap stay either. It was cold in the bedroom as the radiator didn't do anything to heat it up. Noisy floors in bedrooms and hallways meant broken sleep as neighbours were quite noisy. Reception staff were lovely and the location is great.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff a really attentive. Check-in was quick and easy and the room very comfortable. This isn’t the first time I’ve stayed here and the service is always really good. Look forward to staying again.

We had a lovely stay the room was ideal, atmosphere was lovely and the staff again could not do enough for you. Our evening meal was hot and delicious and the plates were warm too. We had a delicious breakfast but I found out that I had to pay for it, which was a little surprised, I thought it was all included when I booked the room. But overall very nice

Great stay and best nights sleep

Great place to stay it was lovely, clean,comfortable and the staff was very pleasant,amd dog friendly we stayed 1 day/night on our way to Syt ives and what a good choice, the breakfast was delicious, and just a 6 minute walk to all the amazing shops and cafes

Great stay overall

Service was amazing, the staff were really friendly. The breakfast was perfect, really pleased with the value. Our only issue was that it was quiet noisy in the mornings but think that depends on which room you get - we were right above reception, on the way to breakfast.
