A great option for Amsterdam
This is a well priced and located hotel for central Amsterdam. Easily accessed from the airport (bus 397) and beautifully situated for Van Gogh & Rijksmuseum, as well as having a nearby tram stop for central Amsterdam if you don't fancy the walk. Very friendly and helpful staff add to the appeal. We had a corner room which had large windows allowing a lot of light. The room was adequately sized with a decent shower and bathroom. Breakfast was optional and not too bad. A decent choice for the right price.

Wonderful location and great staff
What a wonderful hotel! The hotel was within walking distance of the Van Gogh Museum. I have limited mobility (I have a “bum” foot and waking can arduous ) and I had zero issues with this hotel. The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and modern. If I come back to Amsterdam I would stay here again.

It is perfectly located. Its very confy but not soundproofed at all. Take some earplugs and you'll be fine. I was though, waken up by the smell of FRESH WARM BAKERY! that was superb.

The bed was weird. A double room, it consisted of twin beds pushed together with separate twin sized duvets on each side. No flat sheet.

Hotel Cornelisz location was very good, with easy access to attractions, public transport and the city center itself. The hotel was clean and organized, with helpful staff and very efficient check-in/check-out. Access to elevators was also very helpful. We really enjoyed the historic hotel, well modernized, old & beautiful building yet modernized, friendly & helpful staff. We arrived very early, and they were more than helpful and accommodating, even arranged an early check-in, coffees delivered when we didn’t have the correct change for their coffee maker, beautiful lounge with small library of travel and other books. Comfy beds & nice duvets. Definitely would stay there again!
