Everything amazing except the breakfast. On Sunday we request a crepe and the waitress tell us that no more available. When I talk with the Restaurant manager (Stuart) his behavior was zero empathic, with sarcastic smile tell me that they had very busy day. It's very sad because all personal was tremendous kind.

Excellent staff and location. The room windows are not noise isolated and it’s impossible to sleep, even it was a third floor, people, cars and noise make your stay impossible. You cannot rest at night!. So amazing building, location and staff, but impossible to enjoy.
