Pretty rooftop area
Friendly welcome and helpful staff. As soon as we checked in at 4.15pm they suggested a return private dragon boat trip to the pagoda at sunset including the short taxi ride to the dock and 45 minutes at the pagoda for 700,000VND for 2. The whole trip took 2 hours and was well worth it, especially as it was a private boat AND sunset. Room on the 6th floor with balcony was basic but very clean and comfortable. Value for money though hotel rooms in Hué are so numerous that rooms here are much cheaper than other cities. (So you could pay a little more and get a lot more if you see what I mean). Breakfast was varied with an excellent variety of plentiful fresh fruit. Scrambled eggs are delicious (though only white bread available). It’s down a narrow street so taxis don’t know they can drive down but they can -so do insist - especially if it’s raining!

Couldn't wish forca better lication, and because it was down a lane, it was quiet too. I stayed in 2 different rooms (the ones on the 7th floor are noisy due to the kitchen and breakfast room). The rooms I stayed in were both at the front of the hotel and were spacious and well equipped. The hotel is dated and average, but decent value for money. Curiously, they didn't possess an ironing board!

Our stay didn’t get off to a good start when we were put in room 203 ( Twin room) The small, dark room didn’t look anything like the online pictures provided when booking. This room only had one small window and a tiny balcony which you couldn’t see out of small frosted door. Felt very disappointed. Staff explained the hotel was fully booked so we were stuck in there. Thankfully we could upgrade to a family room for second night after much discussion. Be cautious when booking this property via this website.

Couldn’t fault the rooms which were large, clean and had all the mod cons needed. As a family (of 5) we were disappointed with the small pool and there were only 4 sun loungers for the whole hotel. The area around the pool was very slippery and our son fell while leaving the pool. Breakfast was simple and functional. The staff were all really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help make our stay the success it was!

Amazing place- real gem
Excellent stay for 2 nights. Reception staff were amazing and so helpful. Arranged private DMZ tour with Quang and highly recommend. Also local boat trip to Citadel. Breakfast good, nice pool and small number of beds, but rooftop seats. Very reasonable costs and very quiet but safe central location. We loved Hue and recommend this hotel.
