The location is excellent if you travel from Heathrow. It was easy to travel all around London by Tube or bus. The area felt safe. We had a nice and clean Superior room on the 2nd floor. Good bed (not too soft). There are rooms also on the cellar floor, so notice that when thinking about which room to book. We could absolutely stay here again at Superior room. Next time I would not have breakfast at the hotel, because there are so many coffee shops and supermarkets behind the corner with fresh coffee, croissants and fruits.

Great location around the corner from the Earl's Court Tube Station. Good and clean rooms. Lifts at hotel. Some stairs to get to the entrance. Hotel has a few different buildings right next to each other, so you may have to enter (via small set of stairs) to check in, and then go to other building to get to your room.

Good- not a bad position Bad- we got there after a long day of walking in 30 degree heat, the reception was in 1 building, so the gentleman gave us key for another building so took the heavy case didn't ask if i wanted any help. Went to try and get in the building but it didnt fit but the gentleman wanted us to go to him!!!! Eventually he came but he didnt offer to carry the case as the room was actually in a 3rd building! The room was really small and if you wanted to go to the toilet you had to leave the door open as it was too small 😒. Our next issue was the drug taking openly 5 doors down. I would definitely not stay here again. Also if your a fan of tea/coffee beware of asking for more as they ask for your room number.
